Kodi is a media player that only explores its entire potential with compatible add-ons. The good news is that for all sorts of needs and purposes, there are hundreds of add ons. While video add-ons are the most popular, Kodi also supports various utilities and maintenance add-ons that increase the effectiveness of this media player. The only challenge is to find the right add on for you.
Usually, most people look individually for each add-on. This method could be inconvenient at best if you have many additional features to install. Fortunately, you no longer need to do it. Kodi Fusion, a source of tons of repositories and add-ons can be installed. Fusion addon was taken down for a couple of months last year once. It’s back now.
Turn on Third-party Add-on installation
The first thing you want to do is allow third-party addon installation by enabling ‘Unknown Sources.’
- Open Kodi
- Open Settings from the home screen by clicking on the gear icon above left.
- Click on ‘System Settings’ and enable Unknown Sources on the right under the Kodi logo.
- Click ‘Add-ons’ on the left panel. A tried and tested source is Fusion.
- When you see the below warning message, click ‘Yes’. Fusion is a tested and safe source.
How to Install Fusion on Kodi 17.6 Krypton
Follow the steps below to add Fusion to Kodi.
STEP 1: Make sure the Kodi home screen is where you are at. Open the top-left option Settings.
STEP 2: Open the File Manager.
STEP 3: Now click on Add source.
STEP 4: Click < None > on the Add file source dialogue box that shows up.
Step 5: Type the address http://fusion.tvaddons.co correctly or the source cannot be added to the repo collection of the Fusion. Once done, click’ OK.’
STEP 6: Now type the name that you want to give to this source in’ Enter a name for this media source.’ I’ll call it’ Fusion.’ Whatever name you like, you can choose but make it relevant.
STEP 7: Click’ OK’ now, after entering the source name.
The fusion installer source on Kodi was successfully added. Now let’s see how to access the repositories and add-ons in the source.
STEP 8: Return to the Kodi home screen and click on the option Add-ons on the left panel.
STEP 9: click on the open box icon in the top right corner. Also known as Packet Installer.
STEP 10: Now click on Install a zip file.
STEP 11: You should now be able to view the source list added. Click’ Fusion,’ the name of the source we added a short while ago.

How to Install Indigo Addon on Kodi
STEP 1: Click on Add-ons from the Kodi home screen, followed by the icon on the top right in Package Installer. Click now on’ Zip file install.’ If you see the list of sources added, just click’ Fusion’
STEP 2: Fusion is divided into three categories as we have seen before. Click “Start-Here.” STEP 3: The plugin.program.indigo-4.0.3.zip is now to see a zip. Depending on the released version, the number towards the end of the filename can change. This article is 4.0.3 at the time of writing. Click this file. Click this file.
STEP 4: Now, wait until the notification ‘ Indigo Add-on installed.’ This message appears in the top right-hand corner.
STEP 5: Back to the home screen of Kodi and navigate to Add-ons > Video Add-ons. Indigo can be found on the addons list. You can also access the Indigo program from Add-ons > Add-ons because Indigo is also a service provider.
